I so nearly bought lobster on Saturday. My fishmonger had some beauties in. He pointed out the last one had a cut, amazing lobsters bleed. It had clear blood running out of it. He did not sell it, he is too good a fishmonger for that. He ate it himself, with his family.
Dartmouth Lobster is second best only too Scottish Lobster; Dorset Blues are pretty good also.
