I just made these cookies and they were amaaazing! I didn't use the sugar topping and I subbed apple sauce for oil, so they were softer- but OMG! They were delicious. Great recipe! I think I used too much flour though and my mixture become very crumbly so I had to add more oil. Maple syrup is very expensive over here so those this side of the pond might want to substitute golden syrup. I indulged myself and used maple syrup which I love! For those that work in celsius, 350F is 175C and using a fan oven I baked them at 155C which was perfect. Mmm, these are tasty and hot! Great recipe!
