		<description>Looks luscious.  I ate a lot of simple, delicious, grape &quot;schiacciata&quot; when I lived in the Tuscan countryside.  It&#039;s especially available during grape harvest season.

One note: your instructions don&#039;t include what to do with the lemon zest....</description>
